1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and purchasing products, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, forming a binding contract between Petals and Flora and the customer. If any part is unacceptable, use of the site and its services should cease immediately.

2. Services, Orders, and Transactions

  • Petals   and Flora may withdraw, modify, or cancel any product or service at any      time, including before or after an order is placed, without prior notice.
  • All  financial transactions (payments, refunds) must be completed per stated  payment methods before orders are processed. Prices and availability are      subject to change without notice.
  • Orders  may be refused, cancelled, or delayed at our discretion. Customers are  responsible for providing accurate details.

3. Managing Customer Expectations and Liability

  • Information  provided (product descriptions, images, content) is for guidance only;      variations in flowers/designs are possible due to seasonality and nature.
  • Petals  and Flora is not liable for losses resulting from information errors,      website downtime, shipping delays, or technical issues. Liability is      limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All  website content, images, and product designs are protected by copyright.      Use, reproduction, or adaptation for commercial or non-commercial purposes      is prohibited without written consent.
  • Attribution   is required for any authorized use. Violations may result in legal action.

5. User Behavior Rules

  • Customers  must not engage in unlawful activities, promote hate, bullying,  harassment, or any behavior that disrupts site operation.
  • Spam, unauthorized promotions, and fraudulent use are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.

6. Account Suspension and Disabling

  • Petals  and Flora reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any user      account for violating these terms, at its discretion, without notice.

7. Additional Terms for Protection

  • Customers must report product issues (such as damage) within 24 hours of delivery,      providing appropriate evidence for assessment.
  • Petals and Flora may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates      implies acceptance.
  • Delivery, return, and refund policies are provided separately on the website and are  deemed part of these terms.

8. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that area

Return and Refund Policy

  

1. Return Terms
Customers may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving their floral order. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns beyond this period are not accepted.

2. Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return or refund, flowers or gifts must be received damaged, defective, or not as described. Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a confirmed mistake on our part.

3. Reasons for Returns

  • Damaged  or defective products upon delivery
  • Incorrect  products sent
  • Significant  differences from the order description or images

4. Return Process

  • Contact  our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery via [sales@petalsandfloras.com     & petalsandflora@gmail.com] or [+918055895353] with your order number  and photos of the issue.
  • Our  team will review your case and, if eligible, provide instructions for the      return or disposal of the product.
  • Customers  do not need to return perishable flowers due to hygiene and safety, but      photographic evidence is required for claims.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days after claim approval.
  • Refunds  will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Shipping  or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
